MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The LP Mart Lindell Car Wash Club provides unlimited car washes every day in each month which membership is renewed. LP Mart Lindell Car Wash Club reserves the right to cancel, amend or change the program from time to time if it deems necessary.

Program cannot be combined with any other offer or discount. Membership can be cancelled at any time. No refunds will be given for partial periods.

By enrolling in the LP Mart Lindell Car Wash Club, you agree that the credit card can be charged monthly for the specific wash plan and rate. You also agree that you waive any and all right to withhold or delay payment of the related credit card charges, whether as described in your agreement with the credit card issuer or otherwise.

Cancellation of membership to the LP Mart Lindell Car Wash Club requires a two week notice.

LP Mart is not responsible for damages and will provide the first RFID car tag free of charge. Should a tag become damaged or in need of replacement, the LP Mart Lindell Car Wash Club member will pay $5.00 for a RFID tag replacement.
